La Bonne Vie Services for Individuals:

Dr. Reynolds meets with individuals to assist them in creating a lifestyle plan to meet their specific needs, whether it is weight loss, chronic disease management, or strength and balance issues. Depending on the specific needs of the client, meetings may be just a few or they may on a regular schedule until the desired outcome is achieved. It depends on the understanding, motivation and commitment of the client to the plan that he/she and Dr. Reynolds have created together. At La Bonne Vie, we believe that the change should be gradual so that long lasting success is achieved.

Get Some ZZZ’s

Not getting enough ZZZ’s could be hazardous to your health. Inadequate sleep is related to increased plaque development, elevated blood pressure, and increased risk for type 2 diabetes. It can also make you fat! Individuals, who feel tired, eat to get some energy. What they really need is a good night’s sleep or a “power nap.” Furthermore, lack of sleep alters cognitive function so that memory, reasoning and emotional responses may be altered.
